As a direct lender we fund commercial real estate loans and service over 90% of our lending portfolio.  We sell approximately 10% of the loans we fund to secondary market investment groups within one to thirty-six months of closing. Since we service the majority of our loans, or sell the loans to the investment company or bank that will service the loan on a long-term basis, we cut out the middle man, enabling us to reduce loan fees and offer lower interest rates.
