As a direct lender, we have the ability to fund non-conforming and hard money commercial real estate loans other banks and institutions can't approve, while offering the most competitve interest rates and terms available on our traditional commercial loan products. As a direct lender we fund commercial real estate loans and service over 90% of our lending portfolio. We sell approximately 10% of the loans we fund to secondary market investment groups within one to thirty-six months of closing. Since we service the majority of our loans, or sell the loans to the investment company or bank that will service the loan on a long-term basis, we cut out the middle man, enabling us to reduce loan fees and offer lower interest rates.
